These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bubble competition management platform (the "Service") operated by Bubble ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from us about your competition activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or update your preferences in your account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., bubble names, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
